If you lead people in the workplace, you know that everything just feels harder these days. People are different now. The workplace has changed. Maybe you feel stuck. Like you know that the old way of doing things isn’t working. You need new insights. A fresh approach. The leaders I work with are struggling with questions like…

The Boss Hero School Impact Summit is a two-day in-person leadership development immersive for a select group of experienced leaders who want to gain clarity on how to lead more effectively in today’s workplace, while restoring and refreshing their approach to leading people.

This program will be led by workforce and leadership expert Joe Mull, M.Ed, CSP. Joe is regarded as one of the premier leadership and employee engagement speakers in the country. He is the award-winning author of three books including Employalty and No More Team Drama and hosts the globally popular Boss Better Now podcast. Joe's work as a leadership and engagement expert has appeared in multiple media outlets including Forbes, Fortune, Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and the International Business Times.

This isn’t nuts and bolts leadership training. It’s an immersive leadership development experience that uses discussion, coaching, and thought-provoking exercises to teach you how to activate people, nurture a winning culture, and lead with confidence in a wild work landscape.

The event is limited to just 14 students. Attendees must have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading people in the workplace to enroll. Only one participant per company/employer is permitted.
