Joe Mull is the founder of Boss Hero School™ and creator of the acclaimed Employalty™ framework. He is the author of three books including the award-winning Employalty and No More Team Drama, and he host’s the popular podcast Boss Better Now which ranks in the top 1% of management podcasts globally. His latest book was named a top business book of the year by Publisher's Weekly, and his insights have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and more. 

Prior to launching his own firm, Joe led training at one of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S. and taught leadership courses at two major universities. Over nearly two decades, he has partnered with organizations across all 50 states, from Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits, delivering a simple yet powerful message: The path to becoming a truly exceptional leader – a Boss Hero – is about embracing a higher standard of leadership that transforms both teams and lives.

Joe travels from Pittsburgh, PA where he lives with his wife, their three children, and a needy Dalmatian named Flash.
